Pump Mechanical Seals

Single-end, unbalanced / Balance, conical spring, the dependent direction of rotation, spring transmission (conical spring drove by both side hook). This seal component has a simple structure, high compatibility, and stable performance with great spring compensation.

These Mechanical Seals are extremely useful in high temperature and other complicated services. The special welding process is used on rare materials to form highly accurate and precise Bellow hence it is expensive and used in ultimate services. These Mechanical Seals are Non-Pusher and Balanced in nature.

Description:

With 50% more bellows than the industry standard (12 instead of 8), there is less stress on each convolution in the bellows stack which helps increase seal life. Etannor standard bellows material, Alloy 276, has superior mechanical and corrosion resistance properties than other industry-standard bellows materials such as the E41 series Stainless Steel or Alloy 20. The hydraulically balanced bellows unit is available in a variety of different material options with either elastomer or graphite packing sealing rings.
